The Board voted to:
- keep the speed limit at 45 mph on both Martin and Maple Ridge Road, in line with the earlier Board votes.
- to drop the lawsuit against Joel Straub regarding the structure on his property (vote was unanimous).
- close the Municipal Center on Fridays through April 11th. The Village staff will still be working these days. This is intended to assist the staff with completing the work load while the Village positions of Administrator, Clerk, and Finance Director are vacant. Jennifer Poyer is filling in as interim Clerk, but this still leaves the Village short staffed.
The Board also requested (at 46:58) that a future agenda item be added to discuss if President Voll misspoke when he claimed in a recent letter to the editor that he has been the Interim Administrator of the Village for the last six months.
