I have questions.
Is Adminstrator Kampfer – who is the Village’s Purchasing Agent and the Village Board’s only direct employee – requesting this purchase be expedited?
Did this proposed purchase go through an RFP (Request for Proposal) process? Do Village Ordinances or Wisconsin State Statutes require an RFP process for a purchase of this amount? If not, why not?
Did this proposed purchase go through the Village Committee process?
Is this rushed proposed purchase in line with the promises made to the Village residents at the recent Village Ambulance Public Forum?

Trustee Comments during and after Discussion of Ambulance Resolution
Trustee Coyle: I guess that’s the big thing for me is even if they get to a point where no no dollars have been spent no contracts been signed and we realize you know what we can’t be ready for 26 it’s going to have to be 27 guess what we can still sign a one-year contract so this gets the ball rolling there’s still going to be starts and stops along the way I guess better term is checkpoints where it’s going to be go or no go
President Voll: we’re going to start the process Jerry we’re we’re going to create a subcommittee that’s going to monitor the process and if any point in time something doesn’t jive out there will be an option to cancel the whole thing
