As an elector and resident of the Village of Kronenwetter, I have filed an election complaint against Kronenwetter Village Clerk Birk-LaBarge, Village Board President Chris Voll, and Village Trustees Coyle, Eiden, and Vedvik.
In the complaint, I allege that the Respondents failed to follow Wisconsin Statute §7.30 which specifies the process by which Election Inspectors (poll workers) are nominated and appointed.
I am simply asking that the Respondents be ordered to follow the Wisconsin Statutes going forward and that they correct the mistakes that were made at the Village Board meeting on December 11, 2023.
